General Contestant Rules and Regulations

• Contestants must be female, 60 years of age or older (the Age of Elegance), and are eligible to participate regardless of their marital status, race, color or creed. A contestant is also eligible regardless of her employment, whether Federal, state or local affiliation, or whether she is a professional or amateur.
• Contestants must be a resident of the State of Minnesota for at least three (3) months prior to the Ms. Minnesota Senior America Pageant. Any woman who works in an area for more than three (3) months is considered eligible.
• Contestants must be of good character and have the quality of "inner beauty" in her lifestyle.
• Contestant must possess and display talent in a not more than 2 minute and 45 second talent routine, which may not include films, fire, animals or another person.
• Contestant must be a citizen of the United States.
• Contestant must be in good health and, to the best of her knowledge, be able to participate fully and without limitations in all pageant activities.
